Auto Parts Policy (New, Aftermarket and Used)

The Empire Enterprises USA Corporation is 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Promise can’t be beat. Because we know that our parts and accessories are as good as or better than the ones that came on your vehicle and we are confident that you will be happy with any product you purchase from us, we are willing to offer the best guarantee in the business. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just return the item for an exchange or refund. Most items are covered under our guarantee for 30 Days, unheard of for automotive parts and accessories. See our complete Guarantee for all the details.

Satisfaction Guarantee Details:

Most items we sell are covered for 30 days by the Empire Enterprises USA Corporation Satisfaction Guarantee. There are a handful of exceptions, which are outlined below or on the product description pages. Only the items listed below require that you call or email us first for a return authorization.

Many of our manufacturer’s also offer generous extended warranties as noted in the product descriptions. For a copy of any manufacturer warranty please contact our customer service department.

We are unable to guarantee the life and performance of products: when used for off-road, racing or other sporting activities, if modified or used in a way other than the manufacturer’s original intent or if a product is damaged as the result of an accident or due to failure of another part.

Requirements on how to return your goods:

A) It has to be on the original box.

B) It needs to have the manufacture documents.

C) It cannot be installed, used or any sign of damage.

D) The box cannot be damage or the part.

E) The part has to be complete in the box, with no missing parts.

Used Parts: When parts are sold as used for commercial vehicles or regular vehicles, the guarantee is generally 7 days for exchange there are no refunds.

Wheels and Tires: All Wheels and Tires must be returned within 30 days in new and unused condition. A return authorization is required prior to returning just call 1-888-380-2838 for instructions. Wheels and Tires may not be returned if they have been mounted, lug nuts have been installed or sustained any physical or appearance damage. After the 30 day period or mounted the manufacturer’s warranty applies and you should contact the manufacturer directly.

Batteries: New batteries cannot be returned once acid has been added due to the hazardous nature. Batteries are covered under generous manufacturer warranties as listed on the product pages. If you have any difficulties, please contact our customer service department.

Paintable Parts: Once painted, parts cannot be returned. Please make sure you test fit any part before painting so we can exchange it for the right part if it doesn’t fit.

Custom Made and Special Orders: Custom made and Special order items cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product. Please call us 1-888-380-2838 if you have a problem with any custom made or special order product so we can assist you.

Electronics: Electric part or anything that’s has electronic device inside or outside the part does not have any guarantee, refund or exchange.

The Empire Enterprises USA Corporation guarantee does not cover miscellaneous expenses including labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, dock or storage fees. Empire Enterprises USA Corporation shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including without limitation, indirect or special damages as a result of product defects. Used, installed, incomplete, or modified items can’t be accepted.
